These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of kwikkarlibertyhill.com (the "Site"), and the coupons and information we provide through it. The Site is operated by Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Care Liberty Hill ("Kwik Kar Liberty Hill," "we," "us," or "our"), the Kwik Kar location on Highway 29 in Liberty Hill, Texas. These Terms apply only to this Site and this location, not to other Kwik Kar locations or websites.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks any law or regulation;
- Submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or harmful code such as viruses;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or its content management system;
- Scrape, copy or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or other visitors' use of it.
2. Service Information and Pricing
The Site describes the automotive services we offer, such as oil changes, brake service, scheduled maintenance, AC service, filter replacement and Texas state inspections. This information is for general guidance only.
- Prices, service descriptions, recommended intervals and availability may change without notice.
- The final price and the work required for your vehicle are determined after our technicians inspect it. We will explain recommended work and get your approval before performing it.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate, but it may contain errors or omissions. If we list a service at an incorrect price, we may correct it before performing the service.
3. Contact Requests and Appointments
Sending a message through the Site does not by itself confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when a member of our team confirms it with you. Please call us at (512) 778-5823 for urgent requests.
Services performed at our shop are governed by the work order, estimate or invoice you receive in person, together with any warranty terms stated there. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the in-shop documents control for the service performed.
4. Coupons and Special Offers
Coupons and offers shown on the Site, or emailed to you from it, are subject to the following terms unless the offer itself says otherwise:
- Valid only at Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Care Liberty Hill.
- You must present the coupon or coupon code at the time of service. Coupons cannot be applied to past services.
- One coupon per vehicle per visit. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold or transferred for value.
- Offers may be limited to certain vehicles or services, may exclude taxes, shop supplies, disposal and environmental fees, and are valid only until the stated expiration date.
- We may change or end any offer at any time, and may refuse coupons that are altered, copied for resale or used fraudulently.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and layout, belongs to Kwik Kar Liberty Hill or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
"Kwik Kar" and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use them.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third parties such as Google Maps, social media sites and other Kwik Kar websites. The Site also uses third-party services, such as an email service provider and Google tags for analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwik Kar Liberty Hill and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or use, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
This section applies to your use of the Site. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or the warranty terms provided with services performed at our shop.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kwik Kar Liberty Hill and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
