Our Signature Service is a 16-point preventative maintenance check. We change the oil and oil filter, lubricate the chassis when applicable, check the air and cabin filters, check and top off power steering, coolant, transmission, brake and washer fluids, check the transfer case when applicable, inspect the battery, belts and wiper blades, check all lights, and set your tire pressure.

We offer full synthetic, synthetic blend and diesel oil changes for both light-duty and heavy-duty diesel engines. We use the oil type and viscosity your manufacturer recommends.

Yes. We currently offer $15 off any full synthetic oil change, $10 off a synthetic blend oil change and $15 off any diesel oil change. You can text or email any coupon to yourself from our Coupons page. Offers can't be combined.

Follow the interval in your owner's manual. Many newer vehicles using full synthetic oil go 5,000 to 10,000 miles between changes, while older vehicles and those that tow, idle a lot or drive in Texas heat may need it sooner. We'll put a reminder sticker on your windshield and can recommend an interval for your vehicle.

Yes. Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Care is an official Texas vehicle inspection station, and walk-ins are welcome for inspections.

Yes, for most gasoline vehicles. Texas ended annual safety inspections for non-commercial vehicles on January 1, 2025, but Williamson County, which includes Liberty Hill, still requires an emissions test before you can renew your registration. Commercial vehicles still need a safety inspection. Diesel vehicles, motorcycles and electric vehicles don't need an emissions test.

Bring your vehicle and proof of current Texas liability insurance. The emissions test is a quick computer check of your vehicle's on-board diagnostic system. If your check engine light is on, the vehicle will usually fail, so we recommend having it diagnosed first. We can help with that too.

We offer brake service and brake flushes, AC service, battery testing and replacement, transmission service, 30/60/90K scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, fuel injection and fuel filter service, serpentine belts, radiator flushes, power steering and differential service, air filters, wiper blades and light bulbs. No. Federal law lets you have maintenance done at any qualified shop without voiding your warranty, as long as the work follows the manufacturer's schedule. Our 30/60/90K maintenance follows your manufacturer's requirements, and we give you records of the work.

Yes. Our technicians are ASE certified. Kwik Kar Liberty Hill is also BBB accredited.

Yes. We'll inspect your brake pads, rotors, calipers and brake fluid at no charge. If you need work, we'll explain what we found and give you a price before we start.

Yes. We do oil changes on light-duty and heavy-duty diesel engines, including an OEM-spec filter and chassis lubrication, plus most routine maintenance.

We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on Sunday.
